SHIPPING POLICY

At BYT, we aim to make your order experience simple, transparent and reliable. This policy explains how we ship orders within India.

1. SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We currently offer standard shipping across India, subject to courier service availability for your delivery pincode.

Standard shipping is ₹99 per order.

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather, public holidays, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide shipping and tracking information where tracking is available.

3. DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that your name, delivery address, phone number, and other contact details are accurate when placing your order.

BYT is not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address or the recipient being unavailable to receive the order.

If an order is returned to BYT because of an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will contact you regarding the available options. If reshipment is requested, additional shipping charges may apply and will be communicated before reshipment.

4. DELAYED, DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us with your order number so that we can assist you.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the package and product.

Any applicable resolution will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Return Policy.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is currently not available.

We may introduce international shipping in the future and will update this policy accordingly.

6. SHIPPING CHARGES

Standard shipping within India is ₹99 per order.

The applicable shipping charge will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
